The Army maintains Evangeline residences where young women can have pleasant. lowcost accommodations. It operates Red Shield Clubs and USO Clubs where men and women of the Armed Forces can find a welcome. attend classes. enjoy athletic and other events. And travelers and immigrants are helped by the Salvation Armys Transportation and Immigration Bureaus. Foster homes for children of broken homesday care for childrenclubs for boys and girlscamps for senior citizensand many other allied services are among those provided by the Salvation Army.
