It is his true compassion toward all of his fellowmen. together with his great knowledge of history and perceptive understanding of the intricacies involved in the successful conduct of foreign affairs. which has made Walter Besterman so valuable an adviser to the Congress and the House Judiciary Committee. We friends. feel a sense of personal loss on his departure from Capitol Hill. but we are proud that he was selected to serve the U.S.
