The agency had arranged for resettlement of 44.762 Cubans in the United States. CRS maintains welfare and assistance programs in more than 60 countries. These programs include: Local integration. food distribution. vocational training. housing projects and the provision of emergency supplies and other services. During the U.S. Government fiscal year 196263 CRS sent oversea supplies Including U.S. Government food surplus amounting to $126 million. and contributed to the support of its oversea programs $35.726.000.
