I believe that this bill is essentially noncontroversial. There are four amendments which I should describe. One of them is on page 9. line 4. of the bill where the proposed amendment would strike out "migrant agricultural" and insert in lieu thereof "farm." The reason for that is that we want to make the bill conform in all respects. In other parts of the legislation the term "farm labor contractor" is used and it is so described in the terminology which is described in the definition part of the bill. On page 9. line 17. the word "by" is stricken where it first appears on that line.
