Senior citizens. residents of urban public housing. families receiving public welfare or donated foods. and migrant farmworkers. among others. take part in educational programs tailored specifically to their needs. Similarly. youth work has penetrated deeper into urban areas. Indeed. the programs of Extension are great in scope.
