HOWARD The bill S. 1525 for the relief of Mrs. Kayo Fujimoto Howard was considered. ordered to be engrossed for a third reading. read the third time. and passed. as follows: Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress asembled. That. in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act. Mrs. Kayo Pujimoto Howard. the widow of a United States citizen who served honorably in the Armed Forces of the United States. shall be held and considered to be within the purview of section 101 (a) (27) (A) of that Act and the provisions of section 205 of that Act shall not be applicable in this case.
