Mr. Speaker. this year the Workmens Benefit of the United States of America celebrfites its 80th anniversary. Founded by a group of GermanAmerican immigrants to provide mutual help in times of economic crisis. this fraternal society has grown through the ensuing years to become one of the most active and respected organizations of this type in our Nation. I am proud that its two largest branches. Nos. 91 and 92. have their headquarters in the 20th Congressional District which I have the honor to represent.
