Mr. Speaker. it is customary to submit for the information of the Members of the House the semiannual reports of the Commissioner of Immigration and Naturalization on the administration of the act of July 14. 1960Public Law 86648the socalled refugee fair share law. Briefly. this law enables the United States to participate in the resettlement of certain refugees defined in the law and section 2(a) of the act just cited places upon the Attorney General the obligation to report to the Congress every 6 months on administrative operations authorized under that statute. Detailed case reports on each person paroled into the United States under the law are in the custody of the Committee on the Judiciary and are available for inspection by any Member of the House at the office of Subcommittee No. 1. suite 327.
