It is they who intend to destroy law and order in Latin America and who work toward the day when Russian communism is in complete control of the Western Hemisphere and the world. The author lists four important ways in which we can help the enslaved people of Cuba and the refugees scattered throughout the hemisphere regain freedom for their island. We can first hold to a clear firm policy. we can maintain economic strangulation. we can aid the freedom fighters. instead of treating them as if they were the enemy. and we can stamp out subversive activities. The latter step would undoubtedly be the most difficult. as the problems Inherent in stamping out anything are axiomatic when the courage to lift the footor the voiceis lacking.
