I ask unanimous consent to have printed at this point in the RECORD a few of .the letters I received from church and other leaders when S. 1703 was scheduled for Senate action last summer. I also ask unanimous consent to have printed in the RECORD an editorial entitled "Defeat for the Migrants." published in the New York Times of November 3. 1963. and an editorial entitled "Stoop Labor." published in the Washington Post of November 2. 1963. which urged that the Senate bill be upheld.
