Men with their families dissipate their earnings in temporary housing. uneconomic food and clothing purchasing. and extraordinary travel expense. The wives of Congressmen with children should have some appreciation of. and sympathy for. the nomadic problems of the migrant farmworkerexcept that where a congressional family may move twice a year. a migrant family Is forced to move. 5. 7. or 10 times a year.
