Father McCarrick delivered this address before the American Committee on Italian Migration which held its third national symposium on June 10. 1963. at the Mayflower Hotel. Washington. D.C. Father McCarrick has been a student of migration problems for many years. He is thoroughly familiar with the contributions made by immigrants who have come to the United States~ throughout the years. Father McCarrick is an outstanding scholar and educator. He has traveled widely throughout the country and Puerto Rico giving many lectures on sociological problems.
