But yet let me emphasize again that this program. supervised as it is by the Department of Labor. and the other programs that have to do with the supply of labor for the farms of Americasupervised as they are by the Department of Laborare. in my opinion. programs that our Secretary of Labor will take great pains to see that they do not harm our migrant laborers and the braceros.
