"TAD." may I say that the opportunity I had to serve under your chairmanship on the Immigration and Nationality Subcommittee of the House Judiciary Committee was one of the richest experiences that I have had while serving in the legislative field. You are a great American. 100 percent fair at all times. and one of the most able legislators I know. It is no wonder you are so loved and respected by your fellow Members of the House of Representatives.
