Mr. President. one of the most important events on the spring calendar in Nebraska each year is the observance of Arbor Day at the home of J. Sterling Morton. the holidays founder. This years observance on April 21 was no exception. The speaker was John Rees. a Lithuanian refugee who has become widely known for his fight against communism.
