Mr. Cardona happens to be the reciplent of a privilege. the recipient of the privilege of being a refugee in this country. an exile. entitled. through the sufferance of the United States. to sanctuary in the United States. Several days ago on the floor of the Senate I spoke on the subject of Cuban exile attempts to involve us in war. I shall continue to speak about it. as long as there is a group of Cuban exiles in this country who are violating the privilege that we have granted to them. and until all the necessary steps have been taken to hold them responsible and restrict them to their rights of sanctuary in this country.
