The Government of the United States should carefully review the Malaxa case and if it finds that the allegations made here today against Mr. Malaxa are correct. then action should be immediately instituted to deport this international FascistCommunist. Second. Mr. Nixon should publicly explain and renounce his previous association with Nicola Malaxa and urge his deportation. Third. Immigration policies should be tightened up to prevent the recurrence of such cases. It is my understanding Mr. Malaxa is only one of many Fascist genocides who have bought their way into the United States.
