Mr. Speaker. recently I read of a summer corps project which has been set up in New Jersey to aid migratory farmworkers and their families. Students from Douglass College in New Brunswick are working with migrants. operating daycare centers for migratory children. arranging for visits of mobile health units to labor camps. and organizing civic groups to help these deprived Americans. I would like to call attention to this project for two reasons. The first is that it demonstrates that our American youth are living up to a very high standard indeed. in an age in which we hear almost daily of the threat of communism and of the threat of juvenile delinquency. it is reassuring to find this proof that our American youngsters are second to none in highminded public spirit.
