Knights of Columbus. the Norristown Musicians Association Local No. 341. the Lower Merion High School choir. and the military band of the Norristown Musicians Association. Thomas J. Burke. Esq.. served as master of ceremonies. Before this completely heterogeneous group. Congressman WALTER delivered a speech which brought the audience to its feet several times and epitomized succinctly what America means to him and to others who are proud of their heritage. The speech must have been very touching to Reverend Klekotka. who heads the university. and who has the distinction of having been born of Polish immigrant parents. I take pleasure in incorporating in the RECORD the speech by the Congressman. entitled "Americanism Versus Communism."
