Wary of the Reds deceptive. inhuman policy. I personally believe that once again this has a twofold purpose: First. Due to failure of the Communist farm program. as well as natural causes. the Reds are now attempting to shift the responsibility for feeding hungry thousands to other nations. and second. for a long time the Red regime has enviously eyed Hong Kong as an outpost of the Western World. by attempting to flood the Britishcontrolled city. already greatly overcrowded. with teeming masses of refugees. undoubtedly infiltrated with Red agents. the result would be chaos and overburdening the economy to hasten the day when that city would fall into Red hands. The world. including the United States. now. however. must search its soul to determine a wise. strategic. and humanitarian policy relating to this critical situation in southeast Asia.
