That. for the purposes of sections 101(a) (27) (A) and 205 of the Immigration and Nationality Act. the minor child. Renata Lattanzi. shall be held and considered to be the naturalborn alien child of Mrs. Mary DiLorete. a citizen of the United States: Provided. That the natural parents of Renata Lattanzi shall not. by virtue of such parentage. be accorded any right. privilege or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
