Many of my colleagues in this House have. I am sure. read the Dale Wright series on the "Forgotten People" which resulted in this award. for I had the pleasure of having these articles inserted in the RECORD during January of this year. I have introduced a series of bills to deal with the serious and complex problems of the migrant laborers. I certainly hope that Congress will act this session to protect this forgotten segment of our population. In addition to the award to the reporters. it was announced that a citation would go to the New York WorldTelegram and Sun itself.
