He became eminently successful in the business of manufacturing shoes. As I understand from his statement. he operates shoe plants in many countries in South America and in many other countries throughout the world. He was a refugee. having that sense of humanity and touch of kindness. and his idea was probably a natural reflection of his feeling and the difficulties which he encountered in his earlier days. However. he had a more ambitious plan. His plan was to recruit 5 million mature people and send them abroad.
