So all of us know it is necessary to wait until the door is opened by the leadership. in connection with a particular subject. before one can hope to get a hearing or to get serious consideration of the subject. and this is the first time at this session that the leadershipthe leadership on both sides. incidentallyhas brought up any matter in relation to civil rights. So unless one puts forward ones ideas on the subject at this time. they are very unlikely to get a hearing at this session.
