It seems to me that the very least we can do is to maintain our loans and surplus food shipments to Israel at Wr high level. so that she may continue to cope with the problems that confront a country which lives in a state of intolerable siege. I feel certain that many Members of the House share my views in this regard. It is a source of great disappointment that the Arab refugee problem remains unsolved and that we must continue to appropriate funds annually for the tNRWA without any visible or tangible progress toward a solution.
