CORPACIUS The bill for the relief of Dr. Alexander Corpacius was considered. ordered. to be engrossed for a third reading. read the third time. and passed. as follows: Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That Doctor Alexander Corpacius may be naturalized upon compliance with all of the requirements of title III of the Immigration and Nationality Act. except that(a) no period of residence or physical presence within the United States or any State shall be required in addition to his residence and physical presence within the United States since August 1957. and (b) the petition for naturalization may be filed with any court having naturalization jurisdiction.
