That subsection (a) of section 4 of the Act entitled "An Act to amend the Immigration and Nationality Act. and for other purposes." approved September 11. 1957 (71 Stat. 639). providing temporary authority for issuance of nonquota visas to certain "eligible orphans" adopted or to be adopted by United States citizens (and their spouses). is amended by striking "June 30. 1961". and inserting In lieu thereof "June 30. 1963."
