The bill to extend the date termination of the provisions of law authorizing issuance of special nonquota immigrant visas to certain alien orphans. introduced by Mr. KEATING. was received. read twice by its title. referred to the Committee on the Judiciary. and ordered to be printed in the RECORD. as follows: Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That subsection (a) of section 4 of the Act entitled "An Act to amend the Immigration and Nationality Act. and for other purposes." approved September 11. 1957 (71 Stat. 639). providing temporary authority for issuance of nonquota visas to certain "eligible orphans" adopted or to be adopted by United States citizens (and their spouses). is amended by striking "June 30. 1961". and inserting In lieu thereof "June 30. 1963."
