I thank the gentleman. I might say to the distinguished chairman that that was a particular matter of doubt in my mind with reference to the immigration laws. I should like to ask one more question. Do we have any statistics available to show this? May I say that we are of the opinion that anyone with an income of less than $10.000 a year certainly could not ordinarily travel abroad. Have we any statistics available to show. in comparison with what we are calling the small amount that we are going to expend. the number of people who will be able to travel from these countries to the United States?
