That. for the purpose of sections 101 (a) (27) (A) and 205 of the Immigration and Nationality Act. the minor child. Wieslawa Barbara Krzak. shall be held and considered to be the naturalborn alien child of Stanley Krzak and his wife. Maria Krzak. citizens of the United States: Provided. That the natural parents of the said Wieslawa Barbara Krzak. shall not. by virtue of such parentage. be accorded any right. privilege or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
