That. for the purpose of the Immigration and Nationality Act. Mrs. Maria Giovanna Hopkins shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of July 20. 1950. and her residence in the United States since July 20. 1950. shall be held and considered to meet the residence and physical presence requirements of section 316 of that Act.
