Part of the problem Is that 15 million D.P.s have no political representationno armyno flagno symbol of emerging nationalism. They are part of no power bloc. They have no official voice but perhaps they do have a different kind of voice in the Philharmonia Hungarica. an orchestra of refugees whose very flight from Hungary was a symbol whose every performance is a protesta voice for the millions who have lost their voice but not their right to be heard.
