During the 86th session of Congress. I introduced a similar bill. which was subsequently referred to the Senate Committee on the Judiciary. but upon which no action was taken. At that time. Mrs. Soon Lee was not yet a citizen of the United States. Mrs. Lee is now a naturalized citizen. as is her husband. and I believe that this fact will prove to be very helpful in consideration of the bill. I ask for sympathetic consideration at the earliest possible time of the bill I am introducing. that it be appropriately referred. and printed at this point in the RECORD.
