That. for the purposes of sections 101(a) (27) (A) and 205 of the Immigration and Nationality Act. the minor child. Cherie Helen Bratton. shall be held and considered to be the naturalborn alien child of Nancy Bratton. a citizen of the United States: Provided. That the natural parents of the said Cherie Helen Bratton shall not. by virtue of such parentage. be accorded any right. privilege. or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
