I ask the Chair to lay before the Senate a message from the House of Representatives on S. 2941. The Presiding Officer laid before the Senate the amendments of the House of Representatives to the bill for the relief of Mrs. MingChen Hsu (nee NaiFu Mo). which were to strike out all after the enacting clause and insert: That. for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act. MingChen Hsu shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of September 12. And to amend the title so as to read: "An act for the relief of MingChen Hsu."
