I would ask you in all seriousness to recognize the changes that have taken place in the countries who make up our opposition. What has happened in Russia in 40 years and a little more? Her people today have a great deal more cornfort than they ever had before. The same is true in China. even though the report of the refugees tell us of unimagined horrors. Still their girl babies are not drowned any more. women are paid wages. and so forth. and so forth. I can well believe it might perhaps be tomorrow when China has a bomb of her own. different from ours. perhaps. but a very potent one. and she certainly has potent strength of numbers.
