Mr. Speaker. we have done far more than our share in taking care of refugees. I simply cannot support a bill of this nature. which I am convinced establishes something of a precedent. I am fearful that we are going to be called upon next to take care of a million refugees now in camps in the Middle East. I cannot understand why so many other nations of the world are not joined in the program proposed in this bill. Where are all the rest of the nations throughout the world? Are they not interested in World Refugee Year and in taking care of these people?
