Mr. Speaker. this is not a flagwaving statement. because the record will prove it. and as to that matter. most any day a newspaper out of any of the big cities will prove It in their reporting. I am not going to support this resolution. and particularly do I repeat that the bill now considered by the Judiciary Committee. which can more than double the present immigration quota. will be resisted. I trust that you here who believe as I do will indicate your attitude to the Judiciary Committee to such a degree that the committee itself will reject the proposed legislation. Mr.
