Leaders In all fields of endeavor in the city and county have been drawn from almost every conceivable nation in the world. We are proud of our new citizens and of their important contributions to the culture. the progress. and the vitality of the Rochester community. In a recent editorial published in the Rochester Democrat & Chornicle. the heartwarming manned in which refugees who recently have moved to the Rochester area have joined the community is set forth. The Rochester Association for the United Nations and other interested civic groups have played a vital role in this work. The editorial also points out that Rochesters example might well be followed by the Arab Nations. which have persistently failed to live up to their obligations to the refugees of the Middle East. I hope the suggestions contained Inthe editorial and in the R.A.U.N. report will be headed In the not too distant future. Mr.
