Sikora. honorary president: MEMORIAL The members of the anticommunistic confederation. also known as the Freedom Fighters for the Independence of Poland. and the representatives of many enslaved nations behind the Iron Curtain. met on January 16. 1960 at the International Institute in Boston. and agreed that all the results of and resolutions adopted at the meeting be written in the form of a memorial and sent to the Members of the Senate and the House of Representatives In Washington. As political emigrants from behind the Iron Curtain and as victims of Hitlers tyranny and later on of communistic tyranny. we appeal to the highest governing body in the United States to support our anticommunistic action and our struggle for the freedom and independence of the enslaved nations. From past experience we know communism with its horrible means and methods of terror through which communistic dictatorship plans to rule the world and so. we hereby declare that: 1. Communistic dictatorship and nihilism is based on the rule of bayonets and abounds In the blood of subdued and captive peoples.
