The article is splendidly written and is timely. It is on the subject of the worldwide refugee problema problem which we all share and will continue to share until more meaningful solutions are found. One such solution is contained in H.R. 6826. the omnibus immigration bill which I introduced in May of last year. This article appeared in the December 31 issue of the Villager. one of New York Citys leading weekly newspapers. Mr.
