Administrator of the Business and Defense Services Administration. presented to Mr. Fitzpatrick. on behalf of the Secretary of Commerce. a certificate of merit in recognition of his outstanding Government service during the past 6 months. In addition. the Secretary of Commerce gave Mr. Fitzpatrick a flag that was flown over the Capitol as a token of recognition of his service to the Nation. the Business and Defense Services Administration. and the Department of Commerce.
