Has the administration such little regard for these "facts of life and death." the faith. the human loyalties. and the sacrifices of the American people that it now proposes we should forget about them. and should further betray our birthright by paying homage to the "Red dictator"? No President has the right to trifle with the sanctity of the American homeland. While the House Committee on UnAmerican Activities. the FBI. and the Immigration Service. are working hard to protect us from infiltration by Communists. the President is inviting them in. If the President wants to visit Soviet Russia that is something that can be arranged between himself and Khrushchev. But Khrushchevs desire to come here is not something that can be arranged only between these two.
