Sixth. $500.000 for the emergency transportation and intransit care and maintenance of refugees of European origin who wish to leave China and resettle abroad. Seventh. $1 million to be allocated for special purposes among other refugees. including those in Nepal and India. Macao. Thailand. Vietnam and Laos. refugees from Egypt. and for special grants as required for overseas resettlement and contingency purposes. I do not intend to create a scare over this matter. neither do I insist on a crash program of any kind. However.
