Under this decision as it affects the Social Security Act. not only will the Federal Government be required to restore a convicted member of the Communist Partyand one who even has been deported as an undesirable aliento full social security benefits. but also the Federal Government must send to this deported Communist retroactive social security payments for the past 2 years. Furthermore. if the decision is not reversed by the Supreme Court. all previously convicted Communists. and even those who have been convicted of treason. will be restored to full social security benefits.
