Mr. President. on March 6. 1958. the Senate agreed to Senate Concurrent Resolution 67. to record Congressional approval of suspension of deportation in certain cases in which the Attorney General has suspended deportation pursuant to section 19 (c) of the Immigration Act of 1917. On May 6. 19.58. the House of Representatives agreed to Senate Concurrent Resolution 67. with amendments to delete 4 names from the resolution and to add the name of one alien whose case was referred to the Congress in The amendments are acceptable. and I move that the Senate concur in the House amendments tc Senate Concurrent Resolution 67.
