The House committee recommended that the bill be amended by changing the Senate language so as to make the beneficiary. who is now back in this country. eligible to become naturalized. The Senate insists on its language because this man is a comparatively young man. the son of a clergyman. I might add. and they feel that he was importuned into voting and was entirely innocent of any intention of giving up his citizenship by voting in this election.
