Henderson. another Marine who served in that Mission on Formosa. testified in substance that in their opinion. at a result of Hsuans political expressions. it was probable that he would be executed upon his return to Formosa. Nevertheless. the application was denied by the Department of Immigration and Naturalization. I was requested to file a private bill on his behalf. which I did. That bill is now pending before the Committee on the Judiciary. It will receive a hearing in the event Hsuan Weis application for political asylum under section 243 (h) of the immigration law is rejected by the Attorney General.
