F. Henderson. another Marine who served in that Mission on Formosa. testified in substance that in their opinion. at a result of Hsuans political expressions. it was probable that he would be executed upon his return to Formosa. Nevertheless. the application was denied by the Department of Immigration and Naturalization. I was requested to file a private bill on his behalf. which I did. That bill is now pending before the Committee on the Judiciary. It will receive a hearing in the event Hsuan Weis application for political asylum under section 243 (h) of the immigration law is rejected by the Attorney General. The Attorney General has the right to grant political asylum under the law. and that is why I am making this speech today. Mr.
