Max Rabb has also played a very considerable part in developing proposed legislation and administration policies bearing on immigration and refugee problems. including the Refugee Relief Act of 1953. admittance of Hungarian freedom fighters following the 1956 Budapest uprising. and Public Law 316. which was enacted last year. Mr. Rabb now leaves Washington to return to the private practice of law.
