The El Paso HeraldPost. under the leadership of its vigorous and independent editor. Ed Pooley. is an outstanding Texas newspaper. I think there is no doubt that it is the most fearlessly edited newspaper in a major city in Texas. I do not know of a more fearless editorial column in any newspaper in any major city in America than that of the El Paso HeraldPost. edited by Ed Pooley. I ask unanimous consent to have printed in the Appendix of the RECORD an article entitled "Immigrants Study Three Rs of United States Citizenship." published in the April 16. 1958. edition of the El Paso HeraldPost.
