Whoever said anything about General Jimenez immigrating to this country? If he is in possession of a valid passport. stamped with a valid American visa. he Is free to visit in this country for so long as our Government. in its discretion. permits. He may enjoy the benefits of residence in the United States available to any noncitizen with an American visa. and our immigration laws have no bearing whatever on his status as a visitor. In fact. General Jimenez may enjoy even greater. not less. privileges in this country than the normal visitor.
